Your credit card statement will appear as "Custom Printing Services" with a 804 billing number different from our customer support number. The statement will not mention Diploma Prints, so be sure to write this down and avoid any confusion.
If you requested a sample of your order to preview our work before it ships to you, this is sent by our staff on working weekdays. We work Monday through Friday. We fulfill requests as they come. If you requested a sample but do not see it, check your email's spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact us asap.
We ship almost all orders within 24 business hours. If you requested a sample, we need your approval on our work before it can leave. Assuming we have all approvals, when the package is scanned and picked up, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your package.
