Shipping Policy
Physical orders approved by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are printed and shipped the same business day. Orders approved after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided with your order. Shipping transit times begin after the package has been handed to the carrier and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Where do we ship to?
DiplomaPrints currently ships physical orders within the United States only. Free standard U.S. shipping is available, with 2-Day and Overnight shipping upgrades offered for an additional charge. Digital-only orders do not require shipping.
Shipment reroutes/lost shipments/shipments returned to Diploma Prints
In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged a reroute fee and any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting. This fee can vary based on your location and how much the shipment needs to travel away from its originally shipped location.
If incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer is the cause of a shipment(s) becoming lost in transit or delivered incorrectly by the carrier, then Diploma Prints shall not be held responsible for any compensation or replacements for the lost or incorrectly delivered shipment.

Digital copies are sent the same business day after the final proof is approved. Please check the email address used with your order for shipping, tracking, proof, and digital-delivery updates.
